As someone who loves to pack my day with activities, staying healthy is key. This simple change has really made a difference for me.

An easy tip to follow:

Dinner before 7 pm. It’s easy, effective, and doctor-approved!

Full disclosure: I’m no health expert. This little nugget of wisdom comes straight from my doctor.

Turns out that having dinner early gives your stomach plenty of time to digest before bedtime. This means better sleep and a happier tummy.

That is all…

… well there was this one more thing…

Have a light stroll after having food… just don’t overdo it!

If you push too hard, your body switches gears from digesting that delicious pizza to powering your muscles. Plus, a full stomach isn’t a fan of too much jostling — let’s not give it a turbulent flight.

That is all… Have a… oh wait, there was one more thing!

Stop eating before you feel full.

Apparently, our tummy likes it if there’s a little space left in it to do its magic. And like the early 2000s international calls, there’s a bit of delay in sending the “Stomach full” signal to the brain. If you wait for the signal, you’ll end up overeating. And you don’t want that… trust me!

And that’s a wrap!

Keep it light, eat early, and enjoy a little post-food walk. Have a fantastic day!
